JOYA

JOYA is an essence factory located in Brooklyn, NY. The owner, along with our director, asked me to capture the love and hard work that goes into creating their products, but in an unapologetically raw and unpolished fashion. Starting from scratch they build ceramic molds, create their own essences using the collection of oils they have, and package their product for shipping. This was shot on a Canon 7D MkII with a 14mm Canon Cine Prime and manipulated available light.
